More!!

Yesterday Lil Jenn found more teeth in my mouth when she was babysitting me at the shelter...I'm the only kid who gets dropped off at an animal shelter for babysitting...I was chewing up a storm on my hands and when mommy got back from training she looked in my mouth after Jen said she saw something and they found more teeth!!! My two front teeth are coming in...that's all I wanted for Christmas...

I really did take a bath after playing in the tub...I may be clean but I'm still blowing snot bubbles out my nose....hooray for teeth....

Bath time????

It's not bath time...it's tub play time!!! This is how I'm contained every now and then, it keeps me amused to play in my tub with my toys...

Another Friend!

Welcome to the world baby Bryan Thomson!!! Born Friday morning, and his stats are exactly what mine were when I was born!!! Do you remember?.....We both weighed 7lbs 2oz and were 19inches long. Welcome baby Bryan, can't wait to start playing with you every day!!!

Brother or Sister???

First off...for those who do not know yet we are expecting another baby in early October!!! Since daddy could not be at the 11 week sonogram today my friend Jenni took some videos. The first one she took was real good but the timer was on, my fault, and we didn't know it so it didn't take but a few seconds. It had the heartbeat on it too...so we took a few more videos. These are good too but the heartbeat wasn't turned up at the time. The baby and mommy are doing good and so far healthy...waiting on the blood test results, they usually do at the 11 week again. The heartbeat was 170 this time...at 61/2 weeks it was 120. Heartbeat doesn't predict gender for us...Kenzie was always low. You'll see that the baby is asleep and only was awake for about a minute or so after I ate a piece of candy...then the baby fell back to sleep. You'll notice in the second video that Dr. Nord is trying to wake up the baby again by jiggling the wand around. Baby was just tired! Doc is moving the wand all around so the full baby shots are not always there...he's checking for certain things at this time so watch carefully for the full baby shots...for those who can't tell, the head is to the right. You did a great job Jenni...THANK YOU!!!

They're coming in!!!

Here's my Sunday story of the day....
I was oh so very happy all morning and afternoon yesterday and mommy put me down for a nap, i decided it was more fun to play with my socks than sleep so about 1/2 hour later i dozed off. I woke up just after Grandma and Grandpa Hawker got there and I was not happy. Mommy came and got me up with Grandma and all I could do was scream. I made a mess of my sheet and mommy said my bottom was not good. She got me all cleaned up and I just wouldn't get happy like I usually am....well, mommy took my temperature and nothing....then mommy noticed I was drooling a lot all of the sudden so she put her finger in my mouth and low and behold she found my first tooth!!!! Thanks to the tips from Aunt Penni mommy knew to put her finger in my mouth and check. Off she went and got the tylenol and baby orajel....that felt so much better!!! I was a good girl the rest of the evening and I listened well to mommy because she said I needed to pop out a tooth by the time I was 8 months old and I did...one day before turning 8 months!!! For all who are wondering it's a bottom one.

I decided this toy gave me too much trouble today so I taught it a lesson and kept it in my mouth for several minutes....for a diaper change, walk to and from bedroom, playing on the couch...when I was done teaching it a lesson I spit it out and went about my normal playing...don't cross me toys!!!

On Friday I took it upon myself to try learning this whole crawling thing. I got a little fed up with only going in a circle and backwards that I found if I put my face on the ground, suck my thumb and put my butt up in the air I could move forward!
Well...today I also learned that with my head off the floor but my butt in the air I could leap forward with both feet one step. I looked more like a learning frog. Needless to say I'm trying to crawl...just haven't figured out the right combination yet....
