1 month already!!!

Logan was 1 month old on Saturday!!! WOW!!! Time goes faster with each kid. He's such a little cutie pie!!! At one month he's holding his head up really good!! He loves being put on your chest while you're 1/2 upright. He's the first to not mind tummy time.
- Never has to wear a bib...rarely spits up!
- Never pees on you!
- Sleeps soundly at night (if gas drops are given)
- Only eats twice in the middle of the night.
- Very content and happy
- Already loving to watch the ceiling fans....he talks to them :)
- Still completely loved by his siblings
- The LONGEST of our children yet!!!!!
- Because of his length, he's already in size 1 diapers and 0-3 month clothes.
- Has a quiet cry...thank you Lord!!!!
- Quick eater...we're talking like 15 min and he's done :)
- Prefers to chat the most at 1am :)
- The FIRST child to look like his daddy!! Makenzie looks like mommy, Zach (before 1 yr) looked like my two brothers....almost exactly!!! The top 1/2 of Logan's face (eyes, nose) looks like mommy and the bottom 1/2 (cheek structure and chin) look more like daddy.
- All in all we love the tiny little man!!!!

Happy Daddy's Day

Love how blogger chooses in what order to put my pictures...this isn't near how i loaded them....oh well. Cute little Zach, or does he look like he's up to something?!

This is the cuddle time Logan had with daddy so mommy could get a few things done before he woke up for the morning. Daddy had just climbed back into our bed about an hour earlier from sleeping in Kenzie's bed. She thought there were crickets in her bed so daddy stayed with her :) Don't worry, it's a double bed....plenty of room!!!

Daddy's gift!!! We made him a photo book for his desk at work....and of course, it's of his cutie kids :) Well, Logan only has sono pictures in there as he was still cooking when I made this. Had to make it early....that's when I got the deal!!!

I tried getting a daddy/kids picture later with all of them wearing Cubs shirts but daddy said not to worry about it as it wasn't a big deal to him...ummm...did he know that he doesn't count on this particular decision???!!! Well, I chose to do as he said since it ws HIS day. So.....this is the only picture of them all together on daddy's day. When it's a special day, the "special" person gets to choose what to do/eat the whole day. Don't worry, I'll get one of all of them in their Cubs shirts soon.

Teething

Kenzie wanted to be like her brother and fall asleep on the couch so she climbed under the covers....making sure Zach was still taken care of....and cuddled for a few mintues. All without waking him up :) What a good little mommy!

I went to go lay Logan down and start making lunch and such, came back out and couldn't find Zach. He covered himself up on the couch and fell asleep....way before naptime. He was teething on this day and it makes him a crank pot and real tired so we left him :)

Where's Waldo

The kids loaded the crib with all of their blankets and several stuffed animals. I turned around to put Logan in it so he would be out of their smothering range (apparently they were pre-smothering) while I did something and this is what I found....so I found a small spot to put him for just a few short moments. Don't worry, I was right there so don't get all huffy and nervous with a newborn surrounded by these things!!!

So handsome :)

Last 1/2 of a smile :) He's grown in the past few days after his growth spurt on Monday. This outfit is too big so it makes him look chubbier....he's simply adorable!!!! The picture right below in the texting onesie was taken about 3 days before this one...can you see the growth spurt??!!

Fun Run 2 - Makenzie

She was sooo excited to "run the race track" but started crying when it was her groups turn! She decided 1/2 way thru her groups lap that she wanted to run....so they started jogging and actually ended up ahead of a lot of others, apparently she needed to make up lost time. Does she already have mommy and daddy's competitiveness??!!!

Strange...blogger is putting my pictures out of order now, oh well. This is the first one...I was holding him and Chris was taking his picture right before bath time and he suddenly jumped back. I thought it was the cat at his feet but Logan peed on him/floor...haha!!! I'm not stupid, I knew there was a chance of pee in the forecast!!
