Schneider Christmas Dinner

The Schneider Christmas dinner is held in Nokomis, IL each year....this is Chris' dad's side of the family. Zach is enjoying is dinner pickins'.

Zach is chasing Jordan around the hall with a chair....that's all he did all night, push the chair around the room....one of his favorite things to do!

This is the newest Hawker addition...Rob and Morgan's 5 month old, Theo...born one day before Makenzie's 2nd birthday :)

The next little Mozart.....she's coming for lessons Erin! She pitched a HUGE fit when we took her off for Santa/present time.

She saw santa and starting crying....so she sat and watched other kids get presents and decided it was somewhat okay to go get hers :) The tradition is that one of the Uncle's dresses up as Santa and anyone 21 and under has to sit on his lap for a gift. She does not understand Santa at this moment as we're not 100% sure how we wanna work that whole thing (letting her have fun with it as a child but making sure she knows the real reason for Christmas....and not spoiling Santa for other kids) but as for now we only state the true meaning of Christmas.

She stopped crying towards the middle when she realized she gets a present :)

I randomly found these on the tree yesterday....cracked me up!! Can you see what's in each picture?? I'll just tell you....a pacifier in the first one and a blue lego in the second one :) That's another way to use Zach's pacifier since he's being weaned. He's too big for one now!!!

Christmas Tree is finally up!

Helping daddy sort the branches on our little tree....my one from college. Someday we'll be adults and get a big one :)

This is how Zach helped....he walked around with Kenzie's blanket over his head playing "find Zachy" the whole time.

Later that day I went to wake her up so we could get daddy from work and she was curled up in the baby bathtub!!! It cracked me up :) I love not having her in a crib...it's so entertaining!!!!

Playtime!!!

Helping daddy "shovel" the snow....notice her choice of shovel? It's the only one I didn't have to go dig for in the sandbox outside!! It's a rake!!! She taught herself to turn it upside down and pick up the snow to move it out of the way. She helped daddy clear the grass :) He also taught her to throw snow, so when he wasn't looking I caught her following him and throwing snow at his back...that's my girl!!! She was overly excited to go play in the snow!!!

Zachy had to stay inside with mommy....I didn't have time to find him warm things, and he went down for a nap before they came back inside. Don't worry, we got him boots that day so he could go play too!!!!! I'm all about playing in the snow....I'm still a child :)

Too excited!!

When the snow started falling on Friday evening we told Kenzie to look out the window. She immediately got off the couch and said she needed to go play in it and it was cold out so she also said she needed her hat.....she put on her hat and out the door she went....cracked us up!!!

Daddy took her outside for a few minutes to check out the cool, falling snow :)

The next morning she needed to help daddy shovel so she thought his boots were proper to wear outside :)

Fulkerson Thanksgiving 2010

This is the only picture I took at Thanksgiving.....I'll post the video on facebook. We started a new tradition that my dad used to do, whipping big marshmellows at everyone!!!! The kids had a blast...okay...so did the adults :) It'll be the best tradition for years to come :) You can see Rob and Cara (in orange chair) about to throw and Chris is ducking...the kids are also throwing at eachother....it was just hilarious fun!!!!

I walked in to check on him to make sure he was covered up....it gets cold in the office where his 2nd crib is to nap (that's so both kids sleep better!)....and this is how I found him, snuggled with his Elmo's :) He knows who they are and will find them if you ask, it's so adorable!!!
